Check-In / Check-Out Policies:

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies. 

Check-In: 03:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Late Check-Out Hour: 01:00 PM (please confirm with us in advance)
Late Check-Out Fee: 30%
Check out after 01:00 PM will incur late check-out fee above.
If Check-in afrer 8:30 PM, please call us in advance to arrange it, check-in after 10:00 PM is not acceptable. 

Property and Cancellation Policies:

We have a very liberal policy with respect to cancellations and only require a three day notice (noon local time three days before expected arrival*) but we would appreciate that a room is booked only if you are reasonably certain of needing it and if you must cancel a booking you give us as much advance notice as possible. * Example: For Friday night room you must call BEFORE noon on Tuesday. We will try to re-rent all rooms. If cancelled within three days and we are unable to re-rent the room we will charge 100% of the room rate to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

If we can re-book your room(s), a partial refund will be made, up to 15% of fees may applied.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Terms and Conditions:

Since Homeport is sitting on a hill, there are quite a bit steps from the parking lot to the 1st floor where the reception desk locates. We have 1 premium suite (the Captain's suite) on the 1st floor and all other rooms are on the 2nd floor, meaning more stairs to go. So for guests who have accessibility concerns, please note that.   

No minimum stay requirements except during large conventions and special events as determined by management.
The credit card used to confirm the room will be verified but no deposit is taken on the securing credit card except during large conventions and special events as determined by management.

One full night deposit is required to confirm reservations of 5 room/nights or more (=one room for five night or five rooms for one night). We will retain 50% if cancelled within two weeks of arrival.

We can accommodate an extra person(s) in some rooms at an additional charge of $20/night per extra person. Please confirm with us after booked online. 

Homeport B&B/Inn does accommodate well behaved children but the parents are responsible for their actions and they are not permitted to wander the property unaccompanied.

From 2019, we do not take pets anymore. Returning guests who stayed in Homeport with their dogs before, please call us or email us for reservation, we can arrange it if available.
